Not much progress, but the blue block is finished, and I finished the stitching in the white on the final block, which is purple. Once the purple block is finished, I can try to figure out how to make the center compass block big enough to fill the hole between all the Hawaiian blocks.

last week's progress
I've long wanted to work up a bunch of flying geese to border the compass; we'll see if I have the guts to try to do it circular. I'll probably just end up doing a square border! (It's easier to put together in photoshop... ha ha ha!)
