Denver National Quilt Festival

Spokes and Blossoms by Peggy Parrot, Honorable Mention Wall Quilt

These are some of my favorite quilts from this month's exhibit. It was a stunning show, and I feel so fortunate to live in a place where I can see such a rich collection of talent right in my neck of the plains-meet-foothills. I'll be featuring more fiber arts from the DNQF tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.

Info for each photo in the mouseovers.

  4. Oh my word - the quilting, especially on I Dream of Horses and Quanah Parker - really amazing work!

That poor little mouse - I assume that's where the (Pray) comes in. :)
