All 517 3-inch triangle scraps have been made into 2.5-inch blocks. All have been pressed flat. Some still need to be trimmed, but all are sewn.

Now I just have to figure out what to do with them!!!

I'm leaning toward a HST sampler, but oversized rainbow themes, hunter's stars and carpenter's stars are calling out to me, too.

Sure got many to go and use indeed. For now they put on a show at your feed.
ReplyDeleteYes, many, many to put on a show, Pat! I wonder if I could work them into a quilt-as-you-go...
DeleteI always thought it was more fun playing with block arrangements than actually sewing them together. This confirms it! Such a tough decision. They look great just about any way you put them together.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck choosing how to use up those scrappy bits!! I mad a time Carpenter's Star not too long ago. It was an interesting challenge to get all the piecing in the right orientation!
