Quick question though, if I did this with a small gauge cotton or wool, could I do this with Mod-Podge Glossy or Matte and add the glitter to that?

Or is this glue not stiff enough?

Snowcatcher said...: Thank you, everyone! I'm still somewhat blown away by the entire concept, but I think it will be so awesome for crocheters to see tutorials, especially for the tricky parts of some snowflakes, which I guess I'm beginning to realize I've committed...

Echo, I think the Modge Podge should work just fine. I have never stiffened worsted weight or sock yarn, but it works great on fabric, so I'm assuming it will do just fine on projects larger than thread, too. Good luck!; 28 November, 2010 16:39
