And in a sense, this is better than natural dyeing because the results are a little more controllable. I sort of flunked this game, but the next one came out just fine! The wool yarn is truly lovely, and the delicate pinks are very pretty. Looking forward to what you come up with next time around!Mrs. Micawberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08680436275934263596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672125489692725745.post-77940109703655469282015-02-28T08:24:49.290-07:002015-02-28T08:24:49.290-07:00Thanks, Ann! I'd tried shaving cream dyeing about 10 or 11 years ago after seeing that somewhere; my attempt didn't work well at all because I knew nothing about dyeing back then. So I probably carried over a lot of curiosity when I saw someone else's lovely ice or snow-dyeing. I'll bet I wrote about it in my journal somewhere...Snowcatcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06360228352528558176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672125489692725745.post-32251846454979321432015-02-26T20:43:11.250-07:002015-02-26T20:43:11.250-07:00Me, too, Lizard. I can live with it for that, if nothing else. But I also love to cross-country ski and take pictures of snowy scenes. I just don't care to drive in it. :)Snowcatcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06360228352528558176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672125489692725745.post-11068991736026696692015-02-26T20:41:38.913-07:002015-02-26T20:41:38.913-07:00Thank you, Charlotte!Thank you, Charlotte!Snowcatcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06360228352528558176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672125489692725745.post-71212188771505108022015-02-26T20:05:48.013-07:002015-02-26T20:05:48.013-07:00So beautiful.
